Wish I could give this hotel zero stars. Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 2 nights first of the lady in the front that works morning shift is so rude and needs to work on customer service skills. On our first night at the hotel after walking around our room we sat on the bed and the first thing we all noticed was how black the bottom of our feet was just from walking in the room! We have been to so many hotels nice ones and cheaper ones but this was a first time experience. When we went to use the toiletries that the hotel supposedly gives complimentary the shampoo and conditioner bottles were less than half way my husband went to grab a supposedly clean towel and he said he felt wet to the touch. When my mother went to check out the lady from the front desk came to their room and pulled sheet by sheet off the bed and towels and said she had to count the stains? Like omg this was also the first and I was telling the worker that if our feet are so dirty from the floor there's obviously going to be dirty stains and she said to me the floor is dirty because she seen our kids running around outside with no shoes and when I told her me and my husband are in a different room and we checked in at night and my kids never left the room yet their feet are still dirty. Which makes me wonder no other hotel has done this because usually when guests check out they take all sheets off to wash.. which now makes me question whether they even wash the sheets. Or maybe the lady just wanted to add any charges so we don't get our security deposit back. There's so much other things like leftover food in the freezer that was not ours. Anyways I feel like if the customer service was at least welcoming and good I wouldn't have shared my experience here but since it was horrible and our rooms were bad I feel like this was a must so nobody else has to have a horrible experience.

Positive: Nothing except the lady whichever led us out Negative: Everything, dirty , old, no shower curtain, or plug for the bath tub, so couldn¿t use it, shower rod hanging off the wall. Wanted a ground level room and was 10 more. No,ice. Everything around the motel was dirty. Disgusting stuff on walls of room.

Nice front staff upgrade us to renovated rooms. But still had bugs in one room. Reminded me of motel 6 but bigger rooms.

My family and I left feeling bad about our stay. The staff was very disrespectful. I’m repulsed by the lack of customer service skills they had. The room my family and I stayed in was dirty and muggy. A bag of our clothes and my daughters bean bag chair was taken by one of their staff members after we left it there and they refused to see which staff member it was. There’s better places to stay, places in town and closer to town also. I just wouldn’t recommend going there.
