We have loved Comfort Inn on other trips, but this one is not equal at all. My first complaint was the elevator position is on one side of a long building. If your room is at the other end of the hall way, you're getting some exercise, especially for hauling suitcases. They do have luggage carts if you're lucky enough to get one, though you will have to go down the long hall to the first floor to get it. The curtain in the shower isn't long enough to keep the water in the tub area. Also, I agree with the grumpy woman at check in. She does need another job! I did appreciate the boiled eggs and sausage for breakfast. Thank you! It is hard to eat at a hotel when everything has milk in it. Thank you for having a diversified offering for diet differences.

Positive: The staff is great - super helpful. Hotel employee in the breakfast nook is awesome and does a great job. I love how clean this hotel is and how close it is to everything. I love staying here! Negative: The only thing I dont like, and this is more of the builders, is how thin the walls are. In addition, again, nothing the hotel can help but people are generally the worst and are never considerate of others. I do wish the walls were a little thicker.

Positive: Very clean excellent location, close to everything We had an ac unit that didn¿t work, they came right up and fixed it. They didn¿t answer phone, we went to the desk and rang the bell. Free breakfast was decent, pet friendly, free Wi-Fi. Pool was go Negative: It was hard to find staff, they don¿t answer the front desk phone. We had tv problems the whole time in our 2nd room.

I've always stayed at Comfort suites and Inn in the past, whether it's a quick stay or extended stay and I've always liked it. This time however was different, I booked a 1 night stay at cedar city and with possible of staying an extra night for both business and pleasure. That all changed when I called 2 days before checking in and asked if I could bring my dog and it would be just my dog and I, person I spoke to said that's fine and it would be just an additional $25 plus tax and I said no problem, so I get there and then they told me that I could not leave my dog alone and I said the person I spoke to did not say anything like that, did she think that I was going to take my dog to my meetings? So i checked out and decided not to stay and had to make other arrangements which screwed up my meeting. I know they don't care if they loose a customer in me as people will always use comfort inn. I just wished they could have accommodate me or comp me for the dog fee.
