Quiet Heroes

I am a long-time Ford owner, as my brother owned a dealership since I was young. However, my recent experience with Huff Ford is something I feel compelled to share. My wife and I were recently on the first day of our vacation and we broke down about 4 hours into our trip. It was a Sunday, so we had the vehicle towed to the closest Ford dealership, which was Huff Ford in Wytheville, Virginia. We checked into a local hotel and I went to the dealership on Monday morning to see when they would be able to diagnose the problem. I was told they could take a look at the vehicle at 1:00. I returned to the dealership a little after 1:00 and true to their word they were in the process of figuring out the problem. About 1:30 I was told that the problem was overheating and that I would need to replace the Water Pump and Thermostat. They were able to secure the parts quickly and got my vehicle repaired by the end of the day on Monday. I was truly impressed with both the service manager, Kevin Barett, and the technician, Cody Moore. Despite my "pacing" and constant "checking-in" on the situation, both were extremely courteous and professional, and went out of their way to explain the situation and help me. I always received great care at my brother's dealership, but I must say that both Kevin and Cody made my experience with Huff Ford superlative and one that I will never forget. If these two exceptional gentlemen are an example of the kind of people who work for this dealership, I hope the owner knows how lucky he is!

Emergency Repair Experts. I went here with a roadside emergency during a trip. Kevin B the service rep took my concerns with top priority, assigned me to the shops best expert Cody M and they exceeded my expectations beyond imagination. I walked out the door with a serviced vehicle and all the confidence that comes with. They took a complicated fix in stride! I Would recommend this place over anything within a 60 mile radius.
