I just watched an employee fall off a ladder while working and land flat on the ground. The only two people who showed any concern whatsoever were myself and another customer. The other two employees just stared at each other, didn’t say anything and walked to the back of the store - no urgency, apparently couldn’t be bothered to deal with it. The poor guy said he couldn’t afford an ambulance and forced himself to get up. Absolutely disgusted and will not be a customer moving forward.

Visiting from out of town for the closing of an estate - Gigi & Riley went above and beyond to help me ship items back home. With one glance of the box loads I brought in, they knew just what they had to do and went about doing it. Happy, upbeat, and efficient team members!!!

This is the best UPS Store I've ever been in. Very quick and helpful customer service. Clean, good energy. Honestly, the other stores should be like this one. Thank you, Gilbert! I didn't catch the other guys name but both were top-notch. Worth going out of my way to come to this one.
