Wonderful ! Grandaughters had a really fun time picking out just the pet they wanted. Great selection of outfits. The girl who stuffed the bears was so sweet, the girls felt they helped.

If I could do a zero star I would, we where in there 2/11/2022 when a employing starting to scream at a customer who was buying 6 plus bears with her 3 children. Yelling so loud that people passing buy in the mall had stopped to see what was going on. Stormed off into the back which you could still here her screaming and slamming stuff. My self and 3 others talked to the assistant manager who just wanted to fight you on asking questions about how this happened. They employee and assistant manager had zero respect for anyone in the store including the children who we’re in the store at a time. I will be contacting the store manager in the morning and corporate and I’m filing a complaint with the bbb

Soo nice!! We drove an hour twice to another location and both times were uninformly closed and wouldnt hold a bear for us! When we called they held a bear in the back for us! Friendly workers too! Heart ceremony was fun! Brought in my other frog to meet his friend

U can go in the store..and let them know of the bday..& u should get the bear for the same price as their age..( I dont know if u can do it online) Im not sure how long u can wait after ur bday to get the bear at that price..but I wouldnt wait too long tho.. 😁✌🏼
Three customers at a time, must wear mask. Employees wear mask too.
Scents cost about $3.50 and as long as it's a Build-A-Bear you can take it in they will open it up and put a scent in it and close it back up for you

The website is great. Even has bears that are not in the stores yet.
They said they are not allowed to anymore due to the building rules I guess.
