Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have a rental reservation here and when I called for more info the agent spoke over me and was not understanding of my needs. Then she hung up in my face. I’m currently working on switching locations. My best friend and my cousin also had a rental cars from this location and were not treated well. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing or if they are just generally rude. I don’t recommend this branch. I usually have great experiences with enterprise when traveling but this one is a bad apple. Save yourself the stress.

This is my go to rental car company. I love that they have pick up and drop off, if needed. They took care of my rental needs and concerns. The entire process was flawless. I'll be back. Update- 2/28/22 Updating my previous 4-star rating to five. This was my first time to their new facility to get a rental. So much better than the old spot. The only thing I wish they would have done when building the place was to add a covered return area. That way if it's less than a nice day, the employees and customers aren't at the mercy of the elements trying to conduct business. Tre and the entire crew were right on point. I initially planned to have a car for a few days but ended up extending my reservation twice. It was a simple process over the phone. All of the charges were explained to me upfront and in detail as well as the way in which car rentals are billed. That helped me to understand the different rates charged dependent upon what time the car was returned. And even though they were busy in the office, they still found time to pick me up for my rental AND drop me off after I returned the car. Initially, it was a toss- up between Enterprise and a competitor. The competitors prices may have been a bit lower overall but the customer service received from Enterprise more than makes up for the difference in my opinion. Nice job folks!

While my car was in the shop, I needed a rental car. The car collision shop is about a 30-min drive from where I live. I spoke to Emily at the Tacoma location on Market Street and asked if I could possibly pick the car up at another Enterprise lot that’s only 5 minutes away. She was so helpful and easily set it up for me at the Parkland location. After I spoke to Emily, I contacted the Parkland location and spoke to the assistant manager. I asked if I could get an SUV. There wasn’t one at the lot, but he managed to get one brought in for me. When I arrived, I got to meet the assistant manager, Hayden. He was also very helpful, informative, professional and so friendly! It was towards the end of the day and there were other customers in person and on the phones, with only 2 employees working. But, Hayden never made me feel rushed. He took his time to explain everything, yet was able to juggle helping the other customers. I was grateful for the seamless experience at both locations. Hayden is a rockstar!

I dont normally use rental vehicles but my truck was stolen. I went to enterprise as my insurance was helping me with a rental. Waited almost 2 hours in the parking lot was getting ready to leave when one of the enterprise managers said it was ready. He did the walk around with me and I pointed out a few Defects with the vehicle including a rock chip in the windshield. He told me it was part of wear and tear so I did not think much of it. The rock chip one morning before work spread across the windshield as you can see in the picture. Now they are making me replace the windshield. I just wish this place was more helpful when you are already in a bad Position. For anybody using this place be extremely careful For you can end up in the same situation as me and paying for damage you did not cause. UPDATE After responding to the owner still no answer back and unresolved.
