3-1-2018 Glendale, Joel Erlitz, Owner, and his lawyer, b Tony Branson, are evil and corrupt to the core. They habitually harass, lie and deceive, to force you mobile owners out, then they steal everything that you own. I am 74 years old and they did this to me more than 2 years ago. I have watched them harass other families in glendale, and run one family with 3 children, including a baby, out, as well as an elderly man and his family that lived there for years! erlitz pays pennies on the dollar when he forces you out. he needs more steak dinners while he forces families out into the cold, in there cars !If you cherish your lives, and all that you have, stay away from these heinous people. I have been homeless and I am still living in a motel because joel erlitz was too evil to return my rightful money to me.
