My steering was completely seized up on my f150 and needed to get it towed. I called graham auto and they offered to have it towed if I didn't have a way to get it there. They diagnosed it and sent a text with the info the same day and we got the parts for the repair ordered right then and there. They notified me when the parts arrived and the repair was done the next day and I was able to come in and pick it up. Truck drives like new and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Brian.

Took my truck here for a diagnostic which went fine but my Catalytic converters were stolen while in their parking lot. I guess that’s the reason they were so adamant about signing not liable for your vehicle while parked there. They did a good job on running a diagnostic on my truck and let me know everything wrong with it. I wouldn’t leave your vehicle here overnight.

I feel they treated me fair and never pressured me to do repairs… I had gone in for an alternator, and had them diagnose and service other issues. Even then felt that I was given a fair price. Reasonable turn around time with services. They answered and all questions, never made me feel silly or uneducated when discussing the needed repairs and services.
