Service in the post office is rude and unprofessional. Within the past year the delivery services has decreased greatly in quality. There have been mix ups in the wrong lock boxes, delivery updates are very inaccurate. We have often had the “out for delivery” status open for days. What I really would like to know is how can we change this? Union labor condones this type of behavior and makes reform so difficult.

Lady grumpy. Didn't go find package. Just said it's in big pile and will deliver when we can. Reminded me of the phrase go postal :(

They repeatedly refused to deliver packages to my address and it causes a major inconvenience as I have to leave my work early to be able to receive them

Worst postal service ever!! Was supposed get an Amazon package. Got a notification it was delivered. Well wasn't on our porch. Go to check the mail got a slip saying it was oversized. Watched our camera you can hear the lazy mail lady honk the horn. Like we are suppose to hear that in the house. She couldn't even get out of her truck to bring it to our porch! We've also had a package left in our driveway in the rain!! Will be contacting the post master general!!

I would suggest take photos and go to the post office and also report it to the police. Ita illegal for someone to touch someone else's mail.
