First time visiting to have our dog's nails trimmed and I very happy with the results. They did a better job than the vet had done. Will be bringing our dog back for future trimmings. An extra bonus, not only did they do a better job than the vet, they were half the price.

Every time I buy crickets there, they die off super quick. they become like paralyzed and smell bad then they all die. But if I go to pet supplies plus, not one dies. I feed the crickets apples, carrots, romaine, and cricket food and they still die if I buy them from here. do NOT recommend!! don't waste your money like I have numerous times thinking I was doing something wrong. you can even see the layer of dead crickets in their enclosure.

it's not the employees fault....but the habitats for a lot of the animals were just alllllll kinds of wrong. I'm talking from proper heating lamps to the water bowl sizes and depths in their living quarters. it's sad that a place really just doesn't seem to care about the animals, they just seem to care about making money.

This petsmart has never disappointed me. They keep the shelves full, and often have new toys, furniture and accessories. I love seeing other customers pets. Today I seen 5 different dogs and a big fluffy cat lol. Best of all the customer service has been outstanding 99.99% of the time. :)
