It was my wife's birthday and she chose Firebirds. I made reservations through OpenTable and when we promptly arrived they had our table (an excellent one) ready. The atmosphere is incredible. Just a gorgeous restaurant. All the staff including hosts and servers were well dressed and looked sharp. Our server was Nick, whom I recommend asking for. He did a great job! We both ordered Double Black Diamond cocktails and enjoyed them immensely. We ordered lobster and spinach dip with tortillas. Tortillas were light, crispy and warm, the way they should be. The dip was warm, savory and not overly fishy despite being loaded with nice chunks of lobster. Delicious. The salads came and my wife had a vinaigrette and I had ranch. There was some kind of nut in the salad, not sure what kind which I didn't care for and those with allergies should be aware of. But my wife commented on how much she loved them. The salads were also offered with fresh ground pepper which was a nice touch. She ordered the surf and turf which she said was amazing and prepared as she requested. It sure looked great, with a very large lobster tail. I had baby back ribs with a baked potato and fresh fruit. The potato was a little overdone but still very good. The ribs were very tender and delicious. The accompanying fruit was good as well as the fresh bread. We were both so full we didn't order dessert. Nick boxed up my wife's leftovers and was prompt with the check. Great service. We will be back again for sure. Thanks Nick and Firebirds for making my wife's birthday a memorable success!

I had the filet and shrimp for dinner. It was delicious. The pictures speak for themselves. I was surprised when the salad was a full size. My dinner companion had the Firebird Chicken pasta and when I go back I'll be getting that. The bite I had was the perfect spice level. will definitely need to try dessert next time.

Pass on take out… I’m sure if this was plated it wouldn’t have been so utterly sad. We ordered some Valentines weekend takeout since wait times at the restaurants were so crazy. My husband got a steak that very overly salted. My salmon dish was pretty sad, really small salmon portion wasn’t anything special, not sure what happened to my fresh veggies… of all the things to skimp on not sure why the veggies… but for a $26 meal definitely not what I expected at all, even for takeout… we left a nice tip 😕

Came in tonight to celebrate our seven year anniversary and everything was fantastic. Gigi was one of the best servers we have ever had and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!!

They seemed to seat parties a good distance apart and staff wore masks, but that was all
