Terrible customer service. I went to go purchase a hookah from there and the older man who was working there was very rude and very short with me as if he didn’t want me in the store. On the way out I was looking at another hookah and my kid went to touch a shelf and he yelled at her “don’t touch”. I’ll never step foot in there again because he was so rude and I’ll never recommend anyone to shop here 🙃

Prices comparable to smoker friendly on bellmont ave. Niles was only two dollars higher. Way better and longer hours at niles location though.

I must say, for such a small shop there sure are a couple of super friendly & knowledgeable owners (I think so🤔😆) & they have one heck of a great selection & variety of mid to high quality BUT VERRRRRY well priced smoke, vape, homeopathic herbs to suit your "guilty pleasures"! And of course, how could I forget their top notch incense made in Ohio by The Wildberry Co. & they also have some handy odor neutralizing sprays to keep your car or crib smellin fresh after a nice relaxing "smoking sesh" 😜
