These people are terrible at communication I waited on hold for 45 minutes to ask if my 15 year old daughter could go get a simple school physical without a parent they told me yes all you have to do is go to their website print off their consent form sign it send it with her and everything will be fine so I do that she goes to get the physical Waits their gets up to the counter and then they tell her she is too young that they need a parent so i try to call again waited on hold for 35 min and then just gave up. What a crock

Autumn Jones is great at what she does. Very nice and welcoming. She creates a relaxed atmosphere, and does not judge at all. She treats the patients as quick as she can. I have not waited long when I do walk-ins at this CVS. This is my preferred place to go when I do not have a family doctor.

Beware! I have never written a review before until now. Went here because my doctor could not see me same day. Was tested for strep throat which came back positive. The NP working here treated me with an antibotic dosage that should have been for a 5 year old and I am 27. My symptoms became worse and I could not eat. Had to go to my doctor to find out they did not give me the correct dosage. I beleieve it is all a scam just to get there money. The NP working should know how to properly diagnose but neglected to do so. STAY AWAY

Minute Clinic is a Joke. how wbout 90minute clinic Waited for 90minutes to be seeing. Had son's throat swabbed and i had to help look at it to see if he had strep throat. Who does that? Plus had to pay higher co-payment for it. Was not impressed and will not retutrn again.
