I was beyond thrilled that I was able to an appointment within 36 hours of requesting one. I was SO disappointed that the provider I saw admitted he ha door looked at my xrays, and continued to give me advise just by going off the xray summary. He might be just THAT good, but as a patient I did not feel very heard or seen.

I want to say thank you to all of our Healthcare workers! I find the staff at my surgeon's office to be very professional and helpful. This is all new to me. And I have complete faith in Dr. Vaughn and his staff. My neighbor was walking by my place recently and we visited as we always do when we see each other. She told me about her knee replacement surgery a couple of months ago. And I was super surprised that she was walking so far and up a steep hill, that I live at the top of. I asked her who did her surgery, and that's how I found Dr. Vaughn. My friend said she was doing great and she was back to doing everything that she enjoys.

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff so friendly, relaxed and welcoming! Due to the nature of the medical intervention associated with an orthopedic surgeons practice -patients usually are in some state of physical & emotional pain- the staff treated me and the others I saw who were interacting with them, the atmosphere was relaxed and so pleasant. Dr. Martin was friendly, and took his time with me from the physical exam through his recommendations for my care, leaving me with confidence I was getting very good care. I recommend his office highly!

Started seeing this place very recently. Very minimal education about my condition. Keep getting scheduled for literally 5 minute office call blocks of which when I review the Doctor’s notes, he still doesn’t seem to understand when my pain is originating, wonder why. Have seen a neurosurgeon and his his PA and neither of them have really bothered to do a full physical. I think my chiro did better one than they have. Makes me wonder how rushed their surgeries are too. Having to wait for 5 weeks now because doctor is going on vacation and apparently I have to be pushed out instead of being able to be seen by another attending doctor at the clinic. Neurology at the veterinary hospital I work at have better patient care to be honest. Sucks I can’t just go to them.
