The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Excellent customer service! I was there to pick up 2 pieces of luggage which I was able to retrieve very quickly and while I was there I was able to purchase their largest dog kennel that they sell for future use at a much more reasonable price then I could find on the internet. And by purchasing from them it will guarantee the dog kennel meets Alaska airlines standards. I happen to be fortunate that they so happened to have one in stock as they mentioned that they sell out of them rather quickly so I would call ahead. And because you must assemble the kennel I would purchase at least 1-2 days prior to travel, keeping in mind that you will need to purchase bedding for the bottom of the kennel and a water/food feeder. They had water/feeders on site available that would work for a very small dog that is maybe 20 pounds or less, but nothing larger.

Changed location, and manager is oblivious or too lazy to update their location on google maps so i had to eo it foe them. Just spent half an hr trying to find this place. Cost my company and my client money. It's rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. How are your customers supposed to find you? Magic ball? Word of mouth? I see how much you care about your customers now. Why do 50% of boomers not understand google maps????

These guys (pick up/drop off) desk are slower than Internet Explorer I swear god. They got 8 computers and only one guy typing with the speed of a snail Karl. Slow, very slow. I come here almost every day as this is part of my job and every time i see i got to stop by Alaska air cargo I look in the mirror and ressit tearing down. Would really appreciate a call from the manager or supervisor if there actually was one but i guess this will never happen as this so called customer satisfaction review will just pass by.
