I have been living here for a few years now and I must say that this is such a lovely place to call home. They send out newsletters and make us residents feel appreciated and welcomed!! They sent out cool goodie bags and also do bingo which is really cool. they have new staff that are friendly and care!!! this is my favorite place, don't listen to the negative reviews, they don't even live here!

I live at The Reserve at SeaTac. I love my apartment however parking is hard at times if you come in late or too early and the hallway always smell like the garbage shute. I am concerned with the number of young people trying to get into the building claiming they are visiting "Aunts and Uncles". Nice events, a lot our during the day and I work, so I miss a lot. Good Fellowship with neighbors and nice area to mix and mingle. I was very disappointed with the parking lot during the snow. No effort was made for the safety of the residents except a sign "There is snow and ice in the parking lot, be careful"

Don't be fooled by the building's good looks. If your loved one moves in, you won't be able to visit because they have almost no guest parking. Bad maintenance and security, too. We've had to run homeless people shooting up in the stairwells out of the building.
