9 out of 10 times I order food here they either forget an entire food item or they forget to put something on the order like salsa even though they charge for that but then you dont get it. I called the store after they left a food item out and I was already home. I called and the manager took my name to add it to some list for a “free meal on them” since they screwed up. Went in today got food, asked about the list, was told he couldnt find my name on the list and asked. Was not given the food item that i was told about and when i got t home i realized they forgot to put the Salsa on the food that i alredy picked up This is getting. Really old.

The MTO order was incorrect at first. The supervisor, Karen, was quick to assist and make the order correct with allowing me to keep the incorrect items. She put everything else aside to remake the order to be correct immediately and was very apologetic and sincere. Although the order was incorrect, (even the second time on a small detail) the efforts made to remedy the situation was above and beyond thanks to her.

Was there for 20min waiting on my sandwich just to be told I didn’t pay for it. Manager refused to give me my sandwich even after being shown the receipt. Manager tried to charge me again for the sandwich rather then give it to me after I presented the receipt. I then asked for a refund which he also refused to do. So I ended up paying for a sandwich and never getting it. Will never give a sheetz my business again if this is how there managers are to treat customers.

Convenient location right on Route 8. The ice cream from their soft serve machine isn't good at all. It doesn't taste good and it's kind of runny. MTO items are mostly overpriced and/or not good but there is a few okay options. The restrooms are usually unappealing to use. I've found these things to be true of pretty much all Sheetz in the surrounding area.
