I ordered 2 large milkshakes and 1 medium smoothie they gave me a large smoothie and a medium milkshake and my other milkshake they didn't even have it in the cupholder right and it spilled everywhere because of it plus I got 3wraps with extra stuff on them and I didn't even get nothing like I ordered on them everytime I go up there they always mess my stuff up and it's just getting worse

This is what my sandwich looked like when I opened it. I ordered my food at 5:08pm and arrived at 5:20 pm per my ticket and I'm sorry, it did not take that long to make this. I've been coming to this sheetz and this isn't the first time in the last few months and I'm sick of it. I understand being short staffed, but I would honestly rather wait a long time to get what I paid for than to get this. And they weren't even busy when I came to pick this up. Ridiculous.

I thought I already left a review here about employees not focusing on checking people out up front. They seem focused on other things (food and drive "thru"). I don't see that review now, so here it is again for the same reason. I do appreciate the management at this store for trying. Some employees are stellar, patient, and knowledgeable. Others are focused in on fast food and do a horrible job. Fast food is often considered cheap trash but it's meant to be consistent between orders. At this location consistency is not promised. Many consider Sheetz to be horrible fast food for a bad price. That's sad for what they are capable of doing, because many of us have seen it in a better light and have gotten great service before. Without consistency in food or service, I'm done with gambling.
