I was told to grab a fountain drink for a coffee due to it being a long wait for my food. With the number of people ahead of me and the number of people working on food orders, I felt the service was fast enough. Thanks for the complimentary drink though! If I had a complaint about anything, I feel the fryer oil was needing changed. Places are understaffed right now though, and I feel everyone is doing their best. All of the staff I interacted with was very pleasant!

I love Sheetz!! I usually buy at least one extra large coffee a day there. Their MTO food is ALWAYS dah bomb too!! 👍 😎 💯

A non colored employee literally just served a few non colored customers their food right before my family and I, we are of color. When it was our turn, They sent the one and only colored employee at the time over to serve us. Things like this needs to stop.

Ordered food at 8:30, took Over an hour for food that was supposed to be ready at 9:00. Not even started by 9:05 when we got there, and did four other orders before ours. Lee, Eric, Kennedy, Liz, and two other people all working, the store wasn’t busy at all. Still waited until about 9:40. This isn’t the first time we have had an issue with this store, but will be the last. Would rather drive across town.
