I purchased a dryer this past sunday. They offered 24 hour delivery. It came on the following Tuesday with the side caved in. The box was notable crushed as well so how these people didn’t notice this before putting it on the truck is a mystery. The truck driver told me it will be here the next day if I don’t hear from anyone. I called and checked the delivery status over the phone for the next two days which said it would be delivered both days between 12 and 4. It’s now Friday and they have no time status on this thing being delivered so I went back to the store to get a refund. The store in butler, Pa refused to give me a refund because they needed to wait for the third party warehouse where they purchased it to refund them to give me my money back like that’s my problem. Although my receipt says “Lowes” on it. I thought this would be an easy process! Wow I be never experienced anything like this. I will never go back to this place. Not to mention the delivery drivers laughing about the dryer and the inconvenience that this was causing me. I’ve been drying my nuts with a shirt after my shower for 3 days. Thanks lowes and thank you for prolonging this process when you should have just given me my money back.

This dude made my day. I wasn’t having a great day. 2 separate people flipped out on me earlier so i wasn’t in a good mood. Lowes credit card system was down and I couldn’t run my card to pay for some things i needed. I don’t know the employees name but he had short hair and was in the self check out area. He was able to help me get what I needed and honestly it made my day because i couldn’t do yard work without it. Sorry I don’t know your name but thanks so much man!

After our delivery has been delayed twice, I call the store and they transfer me to a manager who hangs up on me before I can even speak, this happened 4 times. I feel bad for the poor guy answering the calls as clearly everyone he transfers calls to just hangs up, he's the only one with the courage to take a call. Our contractors had to send workers home today because this store couldn't hit their second delivery date. I ended up cancelling the delivery and going to pick it up tomorrow. I only even know this is possible because the one poor guy taking calls now knows who I am now.
