We finally decide to go, but when we do, we know why we don't often. Sounds/looks better on commercials than it is. Also, we both ordered soup. Which came out at same time as our meal. I believe the waiter just wasn't on the ball and really could have cared less when or if we got it. Won't be going back very soon!

The staff and bartender were great, kind and courteous, my wife and self love coming here. Never had an issue, but if we did, it would and will be taken care of. We appreciate the service and kindness of the employees there. ❤️🌹❤️

Last night was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I ordered the lobster lovers dream with a side salad and brussel sprouts, the noodles were very over cooked they were sticking together it was not creamy nor did it have any lobster in it like it has had in the past. My sister had the ultimate feast her shrimp was over cooked and the crab legs were water logged with no taste whatsoever

I️ have never been to red lobster and I️ might be going in a few weeks. What’s the best thing on the menu for someone who doesn’t eat much but when it comes to crab legs and lobster tail eats everything. I️ (don’t know what to do please send help)

The amount of lobster or crab you get at red lobster isn't great. I say go for any shrimp dish/trio

They said call ahead so I did. Doesn't matter. We are still waiting. Why say call ahead?

Me too, if I was a waitress Id be pushing, to eat, those fresh lobsters in the the tank.

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
