I love a restaurant with vegan options. We went out of our way on 9 hour drive home from DC, and we weren't disappointed. Great service too, the waitress handled a number of tables with great ease.

This review is long overdue. I love this place. I wasn’t really a mad mex kinda gal until I came to this specific location. The bartender Shauna (spell check) is just the absolute best. She introduced me to a specific corn appetizer and I fell in love immediately. But when I came back, they had briefly taken it off the menu. I assume they just switch things up seasonally - which is no big deal. But guys, this women knew my love for the corn and she went back and made me corn dip herself!! It was spectacular. Her drinks are always delicious and she really goes above and beyond for her guests. Highly recommend sitting at the bar. Food 10, service 100. Thank you :)

What can I say but excellent service from Malj. The street corn steak tacos were amazing. Malj hyped up the spicy jalapeño margarita with a mezcal float and I could drink 10+. That would be dangerous. She was able to manage 4 tables and a full bar. Malj was relentless with her service. We need more people like you! Thank Mad Mex for Malj!

Upscale Mexican food, lots of options marked vegetarian, and can be vegan with options, like tofu and vegan sour cream. The tofu app was delicious, even to non-vegans. Not your standard fare, with many different flavor options. Drink menu had many choices. Would come often if we lived here!
