The rooms are decently clean and that’s what truly matters. Stayed here on a quick work trip. That being said, I arrived pretty late for check in and stood in the lobby waiting for about 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk - reasonable, it’s after hours. A weird smell was present in the lobby and the hallways - but that could be more the guests than the hotel. I ended up buying air freshener from target and it helped in my room. The walls are thin - you’ll hear your neighbors closing their doors and talking in the hall. The air works well so your room is cold, and you’ll need to bring an extra blanket and pillow if you run cold. Three small pillows on the bed. My room had some damage - small burn marks on the sink, an outlet behind the nightstand coming out of the wall - but was generally clean. Lots of people in the parking lot late at night - made me uncomfortable while checking in, so afterwards I moved my car. You’ll need to request dishes and utensils from the front desk, which requires you to think ahead about cooking in room, but also means they’re being cleaned and sanitized rather than left out in cupboards. I didn’t take advantage of their grab and go coffee or breakfast (muffins, granola bars). For two nights, this wasn’t bad, but if I were staying longer in the area, I’d look for something else.

Breakfast 100 percent horse food. Room is not cleaned well. But what terrible is you can hear every steps of your neighbor. Staff is helpful but it is too few to be a good hotel.

Positive: The staff is very friendly. The location is great. Negative: Every time we turned the tv on we had to reset it. Room had a very strong perfume smell the first couple of days. Found several items from previous guests under the bed. We didn¿t qualify for cleaning service since we were only staying 6 days.
