The room was very dusty. The air quality was extremely poor. It was VERY musty. The air conditioning vents were extremely dirty. There were noticeable dust in the vents. There were clumps of dust and dirt on the corners of the room. The carpet smelled musty and of animal. We understand that it is a pet-friendly hotel but they should put a higher priority on cleaning the carpets. If you have breathing related problems or a dislike for dust and dirt, this hotel is not for you and your family. Only reason it's not one star is because water was hot. We were extremely disappointed considering we thought the Hilton brand would be higher quality. It was not in this case.

There 4 nights and no/zero room service... even with sign stating service after 3 days. People on staff were nice. Room was clean. 2 repairs needed... shower curtain and secondary door lock needs repair in room but not big deal. No free breakfast or even free coffee in lobby. Restaurant down stairs told it was good but $15+ per person is a little high. Nice gym and pool on main floor. Good parking. Very convenient to mall and plenty of restaurants. Hotel should discount with lower price with no fee breakfast and no room service.

I do not recommend staying here, Hilton seriously needs to upgrade this building. Checked in and immediately checked back out. There is a Hampton inn down the street that is magnitudes better. The rooms here are falling apart and are way below the standards that Hilton usually has. I’ve been a diamond member for years and have stayed at countless Hilton hotels, and this is the worst I’ve ever been to. The room quality was so poor it compelled me to leave this review. The desk chair was falling apart and the vinyl was stripping from the seat, the curtains appeared to have blood or some kind of stain, the phone was dingy yellow broken plastic, and the lamps were torn and falling apart, and the air conditioner had stripped paint all over. I get it that these are cosmetic, but they’re all red flags. How could I be confident that the sheets are even clean? On a positive note, they allowed me to check out free of charge due to the issues. The front desk staff was very nice and understanding. TLDR: place is dilapidated, don’t stay here.

My room was dirty, I had to clean the hair out of the tub before I could get a shower. That wasn’t ever the worst, the tub would not drain. Then the hair from people shaving their legs and who knows what else was floating and sticking to my legs. This was gross 🤮!!! I have pictures that you don’t want to see. The staff was not help and said there is nothing they could do because I book though a third party web site. I get old and outdated, but filthy is unacceptable. I stay at Hilton’s a lot and this stay has helped me make the decision to find different place to stay! I do not write reviews normally, I was just very disappointed in my stay!
