This time as well as all the other times, they can't get an order complete. We are ALWAYS missing something. This time it was the mashed potatoes and gravy along with my extra biscuits. Calling them and saying about missing pieces they want to know if I want to come back for them. Really, let the other things get really cold while I run to get missing items! I truly don't know about other locations but this one is really bad. We stopped getting KFC for awhile because if this but sometimes when you can really go for chicken this is the closest locations and you wonder, do they have new employees, is this the time that I get ALL of my order? We gave it a shot and this was what happened.

ummm.... dont even know what to say. SUPER dry fried chicken. given that i ordered around 9pm, i wasnt expecting juicy chicken but also not suggy over fried pieces with skin falling off... and the worst part is they r always like this. just avoid late night kfc runs at all cost

Once again, I got something different from what I asked for and this being the 3rd time in Pittsburgh - Once with online delivery service where the whole order was wrong & I was credited & two different franchise locations that did the very same thing. I can NEVER get just plain "Original" not crispy stand alone wings - instead they are always crispy and hot. I am done until I'm not!

Lashuan and Michael Literally make every customer feel like they are at home. These two people have been working for the company so long especially Michael. Whoever sees this please make sure to check for yourself because the customer service experience will say it all. And for the higher ups yeah I need to give them a raise and stop being cheap. They work too damn hard
