This is a tough place to review, because the food has been excellent every time I’ve had it. Unfortunately, that’s not where I run into issues here. Every time I go, the service is terrible. The gentleman behind the counter is rude and gets loud with customers, even over simple things like food pickups. Speaking of food pickups placed through apps, this place is very inconsistent… sometimes it will be ready when you get there, sometimes they’ll just seemingly ignore the ticket until you show up, which is not ideal. It also seems expensive for what you get… I normally stick to the fish sandwich, which is reasonably priced for lunch. For me, it’s somewhere between two and three stars, but I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping I’ve just had a few bad experiences.

I can accept closing for Friday prayers but when the software remains open for orders is unacceptable. Wasted my time traveling only to find the door locked and not order placed.

While the food is good, the physical condition of some stores ( this one) leaves you wondering if inside looks like outside. Things like poor maintenance outside and inside. The store looks dingy like a paint job. What troubles me is what you dont see.

This place is so good I will drive 30 minutes just to get the food! Everytime I go no matter what time of the day there are always people there because the food is that good! They cook everything fresh right when you order it so it is always delicious. I always order the catfish fillets and the last time I was there there they even through in some shrimp on the house just so I could try something new on the menu lol! Everyone who works there is very friendly and I'll keep coming back forever!
