July 2021 I went to purchase braiding hair to support small, minority-owned businesses. The sales men said hello then returned to their conversation providing very little customer service but not overtly rude. I returned a week later to purchase extra bags of hair. The door was locked and no one was there! It's Monday at 11.45 am! Online hours state opening at 10 am Mon-Sat. No store hours listed on the property. No sign stating "Closed for lunch. We'll be back in 20 minutes". I chose to wait for ~10 minutes. Nothing. But the "Open" sign in the window is lit up. I'll think twice before returning. Or call first. Signed Disappointed. 😒 Pros. Very reasonable prices. Large assortment of products. Cons. Customer service. Store closed when hours specified open.

I gave one star only because 0 stars wasn’t an option. This location is beyond unprofessional. There was trash all over the place. The guy working is clearly doesnt care about the needs of his customers at all. He made me wait for a receipt because he ran out of paper even after I offered to take an email receipt his response was “oh I got tons a paper you gone get a receipt today you ain’t even about to put me through all that” his overall tone and attitude was rude. I will never spend another penny in that store. I came in to spend more money but ended up leaving because of his attitude

I really like the beauty supply store. It's a very nice place for the type of neighborhood that it's in. You can get just about any type of hair products that you need. And I would recommend the store to all of my family and friends.
