I had first come to this restaurant and i was astonished. the customer service was nothing like i have ever seen ! great attitudes, great enthusiasm. the store was very clean and up to standards, especially for a fast food joint. Definitely COMING BACK WITH MY FAMILY

Worst location of Popeye's I've ever been to. This location wasn't accepting online orders. Both Google and the hours on the door state the dining room is open until 10 pm. But after running to both doors in the pouring rain, they were locked (note that this was 8:30 pm on a Tuesday). I get in my car again and get on the drive-through line. The employee tells me they don't have enough chicken cooked for an 8-piece... that it will be over a 10-minute wait. I would have waited, but she said it in a dismissive way, and I was already frustrated with this Popeye's location, and I was soaking wet from trying to get inside to read the menu. Totally unimpressed with this Popeye's, and Popeye's corporate to allow this location to operate this way. Skip Popeye's. If you can find Chick-Fil-A or Royal Farms. Much better chicken options (and clearly better management).

I never write reviews, but I’m fed up at this point. I have had all bad experiences with this location. This will be my very last time coming here. Order is never right! I’m glad I looked in my bag because I was missing an order of chicken tenders and the sauces weren’t in the bag, mind you the tenders they quickly gave me looked old and so does this chicken sandwich. Popeyes cost way too much for the food to not be better quality and the service as well.

The only reason why I am giving this place two stars is because the guy working the speaker was more than pleasant. Though I couldn't see his face, his smile was in his tone and how he addressed me. The female at the window wasn't pleasant, but wasn't unfriendly either, so I guess she gets a neutral. The wait was long. Typically, I am understanding during longer waits because I know that a lot of places are short of help, but not so at this place. The lobby was closed and there was plenty of people standing around inside. With lines that long and cars waitingin the parkinglot for food, everyone should have been working on something. Their main focus should have been on service. I tried the new mac n cheese. It wasn't bad (at least what I tasted of it); which was approximately one or two tablespoons. It looked like someone took a small ice cream scoop, plopped it into one of those small cups and spread it across the bottom to cover it and even that wasn't done right. There was a lot of space left to fill in that small cup. Imma grown @$$ woman... who do they think they're feeding? TAKE A LOOK!!
