We always go to charleroi enterprise to rent a car..my hubby was hit frm behind in an accident, we needed a car...somehow Mckenna( I think that was her name) was able to get a car..she went above and beyond!! Nothing was available til Tuesday...this was sat....we NEEDED a vehicle... Somehow she managed to get us in a nice truck 15 min before they closed!! So truly greatful for her!! She said she works in Washington one...but Soo happy she was at charleroi location!!

I'm a huge fan of Enterprise. Other companies do not give you the rewards that they do. No comparison no matter the Branch you visit. Service is ALWAYS predictable - friendly and easy. Thats what Im looking for - painless and easy with all my shopping needs including renting a car. This particular branch never lets me down - service is superior and the nicest, friendliest staff & service all the time! Highly recommend.
