My daughter was dropped off early to get her rent a car from enterprise. She waited 15 min to be waited on and then was told the car wouldn’t be ready till 4:30 … Do u think they would have offered her a ride home nope !!! It’s 20 degrees out and she is walking home crying in the freezing cold unreal !!! Do better Enterprise !!! Treat your customers better !!!

Nice people, but they don't have enough cars for rent! I had to wait another day to get a rental which delayed my repair work an extra day.

My new favorite car rental shop. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, polite, and fast. The car I rented was a beauty (Chevy Malibu). I received the pick up service which was convenient. I'm excited about the next car.

When I talked to them they said no however you can contact the Enterprise truck rental IE the people that do moving and maybe they could help you.
Normally they are $20-30, but insurance will add about $20 more per day.
