Ive never bought produce there again after 3 purchases in a row (strawberries, zucchini & blueberries) which were fine when I left the store and went completely rancid/rotten within one day. Usually long lines with only one register open. This store is too tight & so small, I feel as though I am getting in the emplyee's way while they're trying to stock shelves. Some fair quality products, but mostly sub-par non-brand name stuff & German products. It's not bad, but it's not "good" either.

Aldi is a Dark Nest Travels favorite grocery store. This Aldi was a flashback to the past. It is an old layout, so it took me by surprise. I was still able to get Aldi prices.and the store was well stocked and clean.

The Aldi at the Crossroads Plaza in Lower Burrell is not unlike any other Aldi. They offer great prices on most products and the best produce around. If you haven't ventured into an Aldi you should. You'll save money! While they don't have everything they have most things. Just remember to bring your own shopping bags and a quarter to use (rent) the grocery cart, which you'll get back if you return the cart to its proper resting place. Once you plug in the locking chain your quarter will pop back out -- just grab it and go! I actually enjoy the shopping experience at Aldi!
