UPDATE: It has been 11 days with no one contacting me after sending multiple emails and requests. Now, you want to hold me responsible for damage that already existed. I will be calling everyone and anyone at Enterprise to make sure your negligence is noted. I will never use Enterprise again because of the extremely poor cyst service and lack of attention to details in your fleet. We rented a full size car. We were given a car with 60,000 plus miles on it. Also, they gave us a car that had undercarriage damage among other dents, dings, and windshield cracks. We were traveling half way across the country. Obviously we had mechanical issue as the skid plate, which was damaged, started falling off the car as we traveled down the interstate. Enterprise in Texas and Pennsylvania we not very understanding with our frustration. The customer service number to Enterprise corporate was even worse. I will have to consider using a different company in the future.

My rental experience with Enterprise was perfect. I was able to make the reservation online and by joining I got a 5% discount. The car I wanted, a minivan was unexpectedly not available so I was upgraded to a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk Edition.The car was spotless and operated without a hiccup. For it's size and power it got remarkable gas mileage, I drove 236 miles on a quarter-tank of gas. The person handling the transaction and the upgrade was extremely helpful and courteous. Enterprise actually called me the day after I returned the car to check how everything went and to let me know the car I had returned after hours had been correctly received. I will definitely choose Enterprise the next time I need a car.

A tire started losing air, so I took it to the closest enterprise. They told me that I would be responsible to take it to a shop to get it patched, or to wait with it for the tow truck, alone in the enterprise parking lot as it was closing. They had no available cars and could not get ahold of any local shops who did. Moral: use Hertz.

Made a reservation over a week in advance. Arrived an hour early and 1 hour before they close and vehicle is not on the lot. Nice people and they helped get it done. Would use again
