They can't handle online orders and in person orders at the same time. Came in and was happy to see there was no line but stood and waited no joke at least 20 minutes looking at my finished steak stack and chicken stack but nobody would expedite it. They had to do like 10 different online orders first. They should get rid of online ordering because it's obviously a disaster and their line can't handle it.

Went to Moe’s thinking it was a knockoff Chipotle, turns out it’s good enough that I’m questioning if Chipotle is the knockoff. All the ingredients were higher quality than any chipotle I went to, and free chips and salsa are a nice touch. Definitely going to be coming back here, not so sure if I’d be going to chipotle as my first choice anymore!

Love their tips there a little thinner than ones you normally get from this type of restaurant so they were light and crispy but you could still dip with them. The guacamole was absolutely delicious.

I got a massive chicken bone in my burrito, and the steak was tough. I will be thinking twice before I go to this Moe’s again. I guess just stick too the queso I haven’t found a bone in that.
