Cascade: Living Group is the home office of all Cascade senior living facility's. This is where the owners are based out of and there leadership is what sinks the 30+ facilities they own. Bill & Kim were ok. But Dale & Tom were clueless at best. They blew into properties & blew out same day. Never seeing the hierocracy of the executive directors of locations. Tom was a puppet for Stacy (HR DIR) who was terror on wheels. The quality of the facilities only looked good when they were there. Consider looking elsewhere, don't be fooled by the wrapping paper on the package. As long as they are the owners and the HR Director is around they have a lot to learn about running an organization that should be about people and not profits.
