I wanted to get rapid results for my grandaughters covid 19 test so if negative she could return to school. They called me with negative result and said they would email me results for thd school but they failed to tell me dmail would take DAYS!! So my grandaughter can not go to school

I don't write many reviews, but I feel like I should here. I needed a 2 step TB test done, which I've had before for work and is pretty straightforward. Step 1 was on time, but I wasn't given a bandaid after the injection and had blood running down my arm after I left the appointment. Step 2 was scheduled for a Sunday morning and was confirmed the day before via phone and email. When I arrived, there was a sign up that said the clinic was closed. Given that the TB test is time sensitive and needs to be read within 72 hours, I was beyond frustrated that this happened and that I wasn't even notified that my appointment was canceled. I won't be using a Minute Clinic again.

Wait time said 15 minutes, then I waited there for an hour and no one came to even check in and tell me they were running behind. Ridiculous and rude.
