My business has been a loyal customer for many years and I have personally shopped at Michaels spending thousands of dollars supporting this company. When I asked if they would help support a fundraiser for a 23 year who passed away from Ulcerative Colitis, they wouldn’t even consider supporting the cause. They wouldn’t even listen to our cause and mission to raise awareness. We were hoping to have them donate t-shirts and as a business owner I know how inexpensive those are to a multimillion dollar company. After getting the run around form several different “customer service” employees I got no help and no support. It is disappointing and poor community relations. I will have to take my business elsewhere.
