My vehicle was towed to Concord Nissan for an issue diagnosed by my local mechanic. I was told by my selling dealer to have it brought to the closest Nissan Dealership for repair under warranty. Concord was originally decent to work with. Until two different individuals within the service department told me multiple times I had a limited warranty. I provided them my contract number, phoned the selling dealers warranty department to confirm, and had my paperwork in front of me. They continued to list the price for the work stating “unless you have something different, you’ll be paying out of pocket.” From these moments forward they continued to be rude and incompetent. In addition, the parts I need are back ordered over a month and they informed me that was too bad and they don’t offer loaners for any reason. They then made me pay $140 for diagnostics even though I told them I didn’t want them to diagnose the issue as it had been at another shop. They refused to pull my car out with the keys to have it towed out of there - without my payment for a service I didn’t even want or need. I asked for the service manager three times and never was directed to him. I pulled my car out of there. I’d rather pay the hundreds of dollars for another tow than have to work with individuals who assume I’m incapable of reading my own paperwork. Scam artists. Rude. And a downright unpleasant experience. I’ll never go back and I’ll ensure I tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs in the future. AutoFair in Stratham has been good to me numerous times and are worth the drive for anyone looking for a Nissan dealer. Atleast they know how to read warranty paperwork or atleast call the warranty company before lying to their customers.

Sales: Rich C did a real service when I was looking at a possible purchase. I recommend if you are interested in a Nissan, go see him. He listened carefully and knew his products. Because Nissan backed up the last Sentra I owned, I do feel it is a reliable brand. Compared to every other brand car I’ve driven, nothing broke on them. Not even little things. So that’s why I was looking at another Nissan.

I had an amazing experience at Concord Nissan today! I have spent the last month or so exploring new “to me” car options across Maine and New Hampshire. I had all but given up, when my son called me yesterday from Concord Nissan. He was in the area and decided to stop in to check out the inventory. He met with Warren Anderson, one of the the salesman. Sure enough, they had a 2017 Rogue that matched my wishlist! This morning I made the 90 minute trek down to check it out and to find out what they would offer on my trade. I was pleasantly surprised with both! They offered a fair price for my trade. Financing was easily completed with an institution I had previously used. The total time spent at the dealership was less than 90 minutes. The Rogue I brought home was in immaculate condition, had a full tank of gas, and I was throughly educated on each of the bells and whistles . They even set up my phone with Bluetooth before leaving. I highly recommend Concord Nissan!
