Gage at Serene Terrace is one the the best managers I have dealt with. He listens, he’s responsive and always tries to fix any issues!! He’s always making sure the property looks amazing and I see him stop to talk to residents and listen to their concerns daily! Thank you Gage for being the best part of the community

The park is improving, new roads, pool area and the community club is having more activities. Brand new homes coming in, check us out.

I think they have new management or owners.

No new RVs will be able to rent in the Serene Terrace Mobile Home Park under the new ownership.
