Do not make the same mistake I did and assume that you will get knowledgeable service here. We went with Albert Lee because we wanted to support a local business rather than a big box store and thought that they would have more expertise. The first red flag we should have noticed was when we were told it would take over six weeks to have our new fridge delivered because of a shortage of delivery staff. Unfortunately we scheduled for a Saturday (NEVER AGAIN). When the delivery came the installer pulled out our old fridge and then said "We have a problem..." Our old fridge was connected with a copper water line and he said he hadn't been trained to handle those, although other AL installers could. We then couldn't locate the fridge-specific shutoff (found later) and had to turn all the water off. The tech said we could just go to a hardware store and get a cap for the water line, but when we did the hardware stores told us there wasn't actually a cap that would fit. We then called Albert Lee and asked for a more qualified installer but because it was Saturday afternoon nobody was available. The person at AL told us we needed a plumber for the connection. This led to a call to a truly horrible emergency plumbing company who completely took advantage of the situation to charge ridiculous rates. After the fact we found out that basically nothing the installer, the Albert Lee rep, or the plumbing company told us was true. We didn't really need a plumber, it was a simple job that any trained installer should have been able to handle. On top of that, the fridge bumpers were not installed and the handle comes off 2 out of 3 times we open the fridge door, despite our following the instructions online to install it. So we paid large premiums and still ended up with a lemon of a fridge. We were supposed to receive a call from Albert Lee customer service about this case but have heard nothing. So disappointed in the whole experience and really frustrated that standards for customer service are so low. Installers should be able to connect an existing water line, even if it is an older style.

I dealt with these guys 3 different times and they were very helpful. We did the warehouse sale which is odd and saved us a little nothing crazy. Go here and look at the fancy appliances if you wanna feel poor

Purchased a microwave a year ago with a 5-year extended warranty. Albert Lee recommended a 3rd party to deliver it because their service team was so booked out...which we did. The unit broke down in three months (door handle of a BOSCH - $500.00). Would be less money for Albert Lee to replace the entire unit rather than fixing door handle. Great! Because of COVID it took 8 months to get the unit in. When it finally arrived in stock this last December, 2021, they would not install it because we used the 3rd party install it. It cost us half the price of the microwave to have it delivered and installed. Did not make sense. We asked Albert Lee to deliver it for free because it was their microwave that broke down but they flat out refused. Just didn't make sense to us or my friends and family. We will never shop at Albert Lee Appliance again.

10 days before the delivery of a SubZero refrigerator and freezer Albert Lee changed the date and reported a delay of at least 6 months. It was incomprehensible that such a long delay would not have been known sooner. I spoke with SubZero and the Distributor and concluded that Albert Lee had either (a) failed to get my order in the queue; (b) sold the units from under me, or (c) provided a false early delivery date to get the order and full payment while fully knowing full well the order would not be fulfilled on time. After the announced delay there was nothing but poor communication and no understandable explanation.. A truly terrible company, possibly dishonest, certainly incompetent.
