God blessed me with some new acquaintances here at this awesome company. While my time was brief I got to see the hearts of some pretty cool humans. I've retracted a few things if not all from my previous review and for good reason. I am grateful for my time spent here at u-haul and look forward to leading my best life as I'm certain the employees here do. The culture in all honesty truly was the absolute best I've seen thus far. Anywho, God Bless uhaul and do utilize their services. They really are top notch within their industry!

Very unprofessional they left me on hold for 3 times for 1 hour and hung up. They obviously don't like taking phone calls and will choose to not answer you or put you on hold and everytime I spoke to someone they gave me the impression of a person that did not seam to care about their job if I could rate this a negative star I would because of the lack of help I am now homeless thanks uhaul of lynwood!

Danielle Epler is rude and was sarcastic to my mother and husband over a simple mistake on our end. Not sure how she's the owner or still employed at all. Do not recommend working with her at all. I'd ask for another employee or literally go anywhere else. Everyone else was extremely helpful and caused no issues in anyway.
