While the customer service was great, the prices are crazy my peeps! We should all be in the cycle of giving and buying second hand, you know save the planet and look good doing it, what the point if you can get the same thing at Fred Meyer brand new for the same cost. 25$ for some st John bay shorts is not ok. I will continue to shop here as you can get a deal and the programs they make possible are great .. but ... Please keep the prices nice.

the donation center is closed due to short staffed which I understand it could be difficult since Covid. They said that it was opened yesterday but no one knows the schedule until the day of and that’s straight up poor management. Drove all the way here for nothing. Wish they could put up a better sign at the store front.

I was once on an AARP program which gave me the inside privilege of working here recently for 5 months. This review reflects April 2022: this store shows drastic changes have been made in layout & product offered. Gone are the row upon row of coffee cups, vases, wicker baskets & other high volume items once taken for granted. Electronics are taken care of & tested before displayed. A big gripe of mine. No more coffee makers set out with the coffee grinds all molded from the previous owner. I used to hate those things but covid has slowed the thrift store industry to a crawl & trust me the salvation army needed that. Too many good items were being thrown away as they were thrown upon a conveyor belt between stores for about a week before sold at bulk in a bin which if they survived from all the abuse might end up overpriced at Value Village. I saw a lot of good items destroyed by that process. In clothing prices were set to sell & surprised how many good items they had. No big markups simply because something comes with a popular name. Furniture is one of this stores Landmarks & i was surprised to see a chipendale sofa with more marks on the queen ann legs than the durable upholstery which covered it. These are expensive high class sofas not made to lay on, but demand attention, good posture with a hefty price tag... even used. I cried when i saw it still available at $80 -even better with a 20% senior discount. I posted a few select furniture items

Finally, a thrift store with thrift store prices! I’ve been going to vv & gw lately but the prices have been skyrocketing over there. I hadn’t been to salvation army in a while because it’s further from where I am. Decent finds, nic sized store, and real thrift pricing! Seems hard to come by these days.

This is something I should not have to ask the comminity.
Hard to say because inventory changes daily
You'll need to call the store directly. This location changes policy quite often since they opened due to the neighborhood they are located in is what they have told me.
Do NOT TAKE DONATIONS INSIDE THE STORE. Policy requires they be assorted so take them to the back side door, where someone will be there, simply knock. If you have difficulty finding that door look directly at the stores main entrance, or front of store. On the right, that wall at far back is the door. There is only one door on that wall. Please do not put perish items like clothing in back of store. It becomes a garbage expense if items are weatherizes because nobody knows what caused the wet.
No, they don't pick up small amounts anymore.
Yes they would. Depends on its condition.
No, thrift stores are not allowed to accept any bedding or pillows for heath and safety reasons. I would try your local Buy Nothing Group on Facebook instead.
Yes. And if you're having trouble finding them out on the floor, go to the back corner by electronics, and ask to speak to the Ecomm department. They are the Online Department and have more collectibles.
I don't work there, but I ve seen pianos displayed in the store before, give them a call and you might get a faster response.
I have never been their I assume they assist in some batch donations forclientes as myself indeed for delivery for disabled Aurora over charged hoping more assistance as non profit
Yes they do if in good shape
Call a store and request the information you need
No it's not.
They no longer have a Lynnwood store, now it is Everett and Shoreline. You can Google those addresses & phone numbers.
