My experience here was one of the worst that I've ever had for filing my taxes. I had to go to the location 3 times: first to drop off my documents, second so they could actually be submitted, and the third because they forgot to charge me before leaving. My returns were submitted incorrectly, forcing me to make an additional payment to the IRS since they refused to fix their filing error. The service was more expensive than any other that I've used for the exact same filing software and untrained personnel. After paying more for the service than I owed in taxes, the end result was virtually the same as if I did not file my taxes at all. For all of this I was offered a 25$ discount against the 345$ I was charged for their comically poor service.
