Ok, so my last visit I asked where the restroom was, because I had forgotten. The lady claimed they didn't have one (lie). So I asked where the employees go. She said she didn't know. What??? So I go in today, got a few things then went upstairs to pay. There was something with the register printer so the blonde said a few minutes. AFTER 5 MINUTES I SAT DOWN. She kept apologizing; 15 minutes go by, she's still apologizing and I'm getting cranky. I left. She said she was sorry. Did she do anything to get the sale? Or offer a few dollars off because I wasted my time waiting? Did she find an alternate way for me to get my items? Did she even ask if I wanted a receipt? NO NO NO . I'm pretty angry because the last 2 times I've been there, I've had lousy service, along with the employee lying to me. I'll go to Goodwill.
