We had a service for our loved one in April of 2021 and purchased a grave marker that was supposed to be displayed in the garden. Today is a whole year later and it has yet to be displayed. If I remember correctly it was around $600, so it wasn't a free service. This marker has yet to be displayed and after speaking to the manager on several occasions, we keep being told the same thing- he's next on their list and it will be done within the next couple weeks. At this point, I am absolutely appalled with the lack of care and response. Would not recommend this funeral home to anyone.

My father passed away in an accident. Jill at Woodlawn did everything for us!!! She was so helpful through the process and made it easy in this tough situation. We had my dad's wake here as well and the place was spacious. Thank you Jill for everything!!!
