Spoke to Lexi three weeks ago when the recycling wasn’t picked up, due to blue recycling bags that we use to line the recycle can inside. Lexi told me that the recycling would be picked up the next week with all excess placed on top in a plastic bag that they would empty and place the bag back in the can. Well that didn’t happen, let it slide till this week when I followed her instructions again and still was left with a full recycling can. Called to get some sort of resolution and all I was told is prohibited items were in the can (by Lexi again). Well as you can see, I dumped the can and layed it out so everyone can see that there is all paper items, plastic and aluminum cans in the bin. Called again and spoke to Debora, who put me in contact with Jose the drivers manager. He told me if it’s not paper or cans to not place it in the bin, that they don’t recycle bags or any other plastic items such as small containers. but they would come back to pick up the can as trash tomorrow 6-15-2022. But my problem lies in the fact that if it says recycling on the item or the container how do we know as a consumer what your companies internal policy is all we know is what the packaging says and that for the past two years we have not had any issues with this company but now all the sudden they are trying to be petty. Also all the other recycle cans were empty just mine was left full with a note.

I love their customer service for their responsiveness, and professionalism. The only reason I gave them a 4 Star is because I wish they were able to find a way to recycle bottle caps as part of their overall recycle program. Their trucks have cameras and they detected bottle caps in the recycle bins and refused to pick up our recycle for several weeks. As a rental property owner, I was not notified of them not picking up and I don't think it's fair of them to charge me even if they didn't pick up. However, they did eventually pick up the recycle out of schedule, after I called a few times and figured out what is going on... and then only after one of my tenants went through the whole bin and took out the water bottle caps! A little annoying for all involved.

This company is always helpful for all of my business needs. The customer service over the phone has always been upbeat and polite. I spoke with Sheena today because I could not figure out the online billing and she stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes and walked me through the whole thing. I called into customer service and spoke almost immediately with Felicia. She was WONDERFUL. SO kind and actively listened. It was nice to speak with someone who could easily have been face to face with me instead of on the phone. She was able to help me with my questions and even give me additional recommendations that I hadn't thought of that would make my life easier.
