The Dodge that we rented Pacifica had a couple of issues with it. The company needed to take care of. But so far so good. I will check back after my credit card gets run through.The company is ok.

I was sent by my company to pick up a vehicle to use while my work truck was being repaired. Upon arrival, and check in, I was told after scanning my license that I was on a do not rent list from 7 years ago & would not be allowed to rent, despite the fact that the vehicle was being paid for and insured by my employer. The ONLY solution I was offered by the supervisor on duty, after being told that there was NOTHING She could do to resolve the issue, was to call some collection agency to resolve my financial issue with enterprise (wasting my time as I refuse to pay for vehicle damage that I did not incur). At this point I was beginning to lose my patience with the apathetic attitude of the enterprise staff in regards to problem solving, as I had to call in several favors in order to get to the rental location, all the while missing out on much needed rest in preparation for a demanding 12 hr night shift on interstate. I reminded the supervisor that the rental was being acquired by my company for work use, and was given an attitude of indifference to my predicament. In my line of work, as in many, even when a customer is wrong, they are still a customer, and as a service provider, I must find a way to accommodate their needs, perhaps, had the supervisor cared about my company's business and made some effort to accommodate my situation, instead of being treated like a "No Rent List" villian, I would not have felt the need express my opinion of the supervisor's lousy attitude, poor customer service skills, and lazy work ethic.
