Worst place I've been. They took our order didn't say anything when we got our food there were no fork or spoon went to the window they said they were out. I ask for Manger on duty she said what should we do ? Welcome to KFC we have no fork or spoons to eat I said that would of been nice to say calling main office Monday she got real smart with me I'm turning her in.....

Kinda unimpressed! Ordered on the app for quick pickup. Got to the restaurant on time and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our food. The app was a waste of time!

Do not order online! You will get your food 30 minutes quicker by walking in to order at the counter or going drive thru. Just ordered two, three piece meals. They started packaging the meals 20 minutes after I walked in 25 minutes after the online time to be ready. Fries were cold. I only checked on box before leaving. The one that I didn’t check was missing the biscuit. There appeared to be plenty of staff in the building but no one appeared to be concerned about customers. Four other people were waiting when I walked in, and they all had the same service experience that I did. Two people walked in and walked out without ordering. Why wouldn’t they, everyone was yelling they were out of mashed potatoes but then they had 4, but they had none and no green beans. This place was disorganized chaos at best. If you can’t handle online ordering, don’t offer it!

Absolute trash. Turned fryer off early. Ordered a spicy famous bowl that got loaded down with red hot hotsauce not the advertised sauce. I'll never come back here.
