At first I had high expectations as this was the first KFC I had been too. As the stay went longer, things went worse. The floor, tables, and seats were disgusting. The food was ok, but some had problems. The mac and cheese was a bit watery and the sauce wasn't great. It tasted like watered-down mustard. The chicken and the biscuit had to be the best part. They were good. When we got there, we has ordered the food online since we had to travel to get it. We got there and they didn't give us sauce and additionally they gave us the food 10 minutes after the estimated time. It just wasn't what I had expected from a store.

Terrible customer service, extremely dirty, unsanitary, incompetent rude employees. 4 men behind the counter, 1 "working." I will not visit this location ever again unless they get new management. This is the worst establishment I've been to in over 6 months, and I doordash full-time so I see dozens of well run, clean and respectable fast food restaurants. Yhis place is disgusting and sad.

Stopped in after visiting the aquarium. The worst customer experience I have ever had. Employees super disrespectful wouldn't even wait on me. When they finally did I was asked what you want. Lol Food that's is your job. I suggest somewhere else. Food was also cold!!!

The fries were dry and almost cold, as if from someone else's old order. The cheese pillows and hamburger are almost the same. I ate it through force because I was hungry, but otherwise, of course, I should have thrown it away. But the service is nice.
