Can I just say that Barb Garcia is the greatest woman in the world!!! She worked in the office and was extremely kind, patient, helpful and worked with us as much as she could. Beautiful person! And i will miss her dearly. New management took over so she was let go :( she was one of the best things about this place. Over 200 tenants are being displaced by new management now smh extremely horrible and unacceptable!

The price was good enough to deal with the area until they changed over management. The new property manager is an absolute horrible person with no professionalism. Long story short, we are lawyering up against them.

Decent apartments for the price. That's fair. Kelly is strong willed but she has worked with me and my roommate. Cathy is the reason I stay though. What a beautiful woman 😍. She's the one who got us living over here.

I have a 2 bedroom and water is not included in my rent. Maybe it depends on what building you're in, but I pay gas, electricity and water. Garbage is included though.
