The new office team here is better than before.. the new manager kate I think is friendly and she understands the issues I was having before they came and reassured me they would fix my issues. Within 2 days all of my concerns were addressed and fixed... Im happy to finally see someone care about this place after being here 6 years.. my only concern is rent going up.. but we will take it day by day.

They have bed bugs, roaches, mice, Loud neighbors, smelly hallways, parking lot that floods, trash in the dumpsters overflowing, poor maintenance, outdated everything, nasty worn carpeting, broken security door locks, broken apartment locks, leaks in ceiling, toilets that won't flush, dishwashers that don't clean, poor management, workout room that you can't access, unsafe balconies, and construction noise 80% of the time.

Im trying to rent an apartment. Don't even understand what the black car or the lady have to do with pics that should be of the inside of the apartments... Not helpful at ALL...
